Some parents have recently reported problems with Wisepay, this was an issue that the school had no control over. Please see the response from Wisepay below:
“During the weekend there were some issues with the WisePay servers. Many customers experienced performance issues as a result. These problems also resulted in secondary issues which; in some cases resulted in missing shopping cart items and parents receiving blank order confirmation emails.
The primary and secondary technical issues have now been resolved and we will complete work to restore any identified missing payments within the database by the end of the day. Further we have made underlying technical changes to reduce the chances of any similar issue recurring.
If you noticed any missing payments or transactions this week, please check again as they should now be resolved.”
