Over the up and coming weeks we will be running ‘lock-down challenges’ or competitions for our students to take part in. Next week’s challenge is a ‘Ready Steady Cook’ style task where students use a maximum of 5 ingredients to come up with a tasty meal for the family.
Future challenges may include:
- Art project
- Fitness challenge
- Create a lock-down song/rap or dance
- Write a short story/script for a play under the theme of lock-down
- Bake off
- Puzzle of the week
- Joke of the week
The competitions/challenges will be advertised on a weekly basis via the website, social media and here on google classroom.
To enter, all you need to do is download the classroom app to your phone/other device, join the classroom using the code 634ln3b and upload your evidence (photo/video/summary of what you have done etc) to the classroom.
Staff will be invited to enter too as will parents. We will have 3 categories of winner – students, staff and parent.
Mr Shannon will decide who wins, and the winner will be announced each week on the website and on google classroom.
This will add to ‘inter-house’ points at the end of the academic year!
