COVID Vaccinations – 8th and 11th October
The school immunisation team will be carrying out COVID vaccinations in school on Friday 8th October and Monday 11th October for students ages 12-15 years.
Should you wish for your child to receive the vaccination, please review the attached letter and follow the link to complete E-Consent.
Vaccinations will not be carried out without prior consent via the E-Consent portal.
