Joining the Warriors of Warrington Swimming Club further honed her skills, fostering an environment where her talent flourished.
The pinnacle of Kathleen's achievements came to fruition at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, where she clinched gold as part of the world record-smashing mixed 4x100m relay team that took gold for Team GB alongside Adam Peaty, James Guy and Anna Hopkin.
