Since completing his refereeing course with the Liverpool County Football Association (LCFA) last July, Charlie has been a ubiquitous presence on the pitch, officiating over 100 matches across various grassroots leagues. From the Junior Premier League to prestigious appointments at the Everton and Liverpool academies, he has consistently showcased his ability to command matches with maturity and skill.
