We are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our Year 8 girls following an intense and demanding netball trial season that began in July. It’s never easy starting a new school year while juggling week after week of trials, but these girls have made us incredibly proud!

Sienna-May (U13) has had a phenomenal season, being offered places at both the U14s Loughborough Lightning Academy and Birmingham Panthers Academy, while also successfully trialling for the Cheshire County pathway. She has also been selected for a third season with the Elite Netball Academy. A special shoutout for Sienna-May—she has faced personal challenges this year but has shown remarkable resilience, proving just how strong she really is.

Laura McWilliam (U13) has been selected for Cheshire County and reached Stage 2 of the U13 Thunder pathway trials, demonstrating her continued dedication and skill.

Lucie Waterson (U13) has successfully trialled for a place with the Loughborough Lightning U14 Academy, marking another fantastic achievement for our talented trio.

The girls have also been promoted to the Bury Regional Premier League for 2025/26 and will embark on their second season in the ENG Northern Youth Premier League. Alongside this, they will compete in the Cheshire County Junior Netball League, SNS, and Manchester Thunder League with their club, all while working towards the UAE Dubai Cup next October.

Balancing all of this alongside commitments in British Gymnastics and Dance, these girls exemplify dedication, resilience, and incredible talent. We couldn’t be prouder of their achievements and can’t wait to see what they accomplish next!
